The adventure continues in the restaurant as our chefs prepare a menu of international foods from all four corners of the Earth.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so why not start the day right with a spread tailored to your liking? You can enjoy a leisurely morning with a full English breakfast, including crisp bacon and thick grilled sausages, or opt for something a little more heart-smart with fresh fruit and cereal. Our omelettes are cooked to order in front of you (and we highly recommend them!) - they're a great way to begin a day of exploring. And, for early risers, there's a continental breakfast - croissants, toasted English muffins or sweet Danish pastries - to snack on while you wait.
Lunch is a chance to savour the exquisite food the Mediterranean is famous for, showcased through a buffet of seafood, salads and grilled favourites. And be sure to sample some of the desserts - there are enough options to satisfy any sweet tooth and then some.
At the end of the day, we'll sit down to a carefully crafted four-course à la carte dinner featuring familiar dishes as well as soon-to-be favourites inspired by the destinations you visit.
Our team of experienced chefs is ready for any challenge. Whether you have special dietary requirements or you're vegan or vegetarian, you can still enjoy a first-class dining experience.

Life onboard our tall ships is relaxed and informal. In our restaurant, there are no pre-set seating arrangements. Simply sit where you wish and with who you wish - your fellow guests will become new friends over delicious grilled fish and seasonal greens. The maître d' will normally seat you with fellow passengers arriving at the same time - most tables seat 6 or 8 guests, so you have a chance to meet and dine with your fellow passengers, or you can opt to sit with your chosen companions. You may even get to dine with the ship's officers, who join the passengers in the dining room from time to time.
What to wear for meals is also up to you! Shorts and T-shirts are the order of the day. When evening comes, the dining room is transformed into an elegant restaurant and the setting for the chef's finest culinary presentations. Hence, guests tend to dress up a little more - gentlemen in long trousers and shirts with collars and sleeves (jackets are optional).
