Update and add your personal & passenger details for bookings, along with paying your balance.
See your current and past bookings in your name and get personalised suggestions for your next holiday.
Get the latest news/updates from the Riviera Travel team and manage your wishlist and saved searches.
Depending on how you booked your holiday, you may not be able to update all your passenger details on My Account. If this is the case, please contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected], calling 01283 688 394 or using the live chat option on our contact us page.
Please use the password reset button on my account login page. This will issue a password reset to the email address associated with your account. Please note: It can take up to 24 hours for you to receive a password reset email.
If you have not received the reset password email after 24 hours, please check your junk folder and contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected], calling 01283 688 394 or using the live chat option on our contact us page.
If you have travelled with us before, you may already have multiple accounts associated with your email address. To resolve this, please contact our customer service team by email ([email protected]), phone (01283 688 394) or using the live chat option on our contact us page.
If you booked through a travel agent, you would need to speak with them directly as they manage your booking for you. You will be unable to set up a My Account profile if you have booked through a travel agent.
This could be due to entering details that do not match the original details given when booking, please contact our customer service team by email ([email protected]), phone (01283 688 394) or using the live chat option on our contact us page.
Only the lead passenger can set up a My Account profile.
If you are looking to make partial payments using different passenger's card details, this cannot be done through My Account. Please contact our customer service team by email at ([email protected]), phone (01283 688 394) or using the live chat option on our contact us page.
