Welcome on board, fellow explorer. Waiting beyond the wooden door is a spacious cabin. And it's all yours. We've done the maths - our cabins and suites are some of the largest on any river cruise vessel (our largest suite is 29 square metres). And it's equipped with all the homely touches you'd struggle to fit in a suitcase.
Your cabin is your sanctuary - so tea and coffee are a must (and you'll be pleased to see well-loved British brands on offer). You'll find ample storage space - so no arguing about who gets the wardrobe - and a safe for your valuables. There's also a small desk, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, telephone - and complimentary Wi-Fi so you can send wish-you-were-here messages to your loved ones back home.
Every cabin also comes with a stylishly modern en-suite bathroom and shower with thick fluffy towels, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries.
The finale to your day's adventure are hotel-style twin beds, cotton linen sheets and super soft pillows. It's the perfect recipe for falling asleep. And, of course, if you'd prefer a double bed, all you have to do is ask.
But the pièce de résistance (as they say in French) are the balconies. Over 80% of our cabins have French or full balconies. They extend your living space and give you a brilliant vantage point to watch the slow rhythm of the river. You'll see ports appear from around the river bend and watch cities drift away as you relax with a drink.

Our Standard" cabins are anything but! With a double or twin bed and all the amenities you'd expect in a floating boutique hotel, they're designed with your comfort in mind. All our European river cruise ships include a stylishly modern ensuite bathroom and shower with thick fluffy towels, slippers and complimentary toiletries. ... you may even say they set the gold standard.
However, if you want to truly spoil yourself, you can upgrade to a stay in our Superior and Deluxe Suites.
Superior Suites are predominantly located on the Ruby (Middle) and Diamond (Upper) Decks. Superior Suites are bigger than a standard cabin - most range from 17sqm-23sqm. This year we are introducing our largest ever Superior Suites, measuring a spacious 24sqm on the brand new MS Riviera Radiance. If you're looking to guarantee a room with a view, these are the perfect way to treat yourself. Every Superior Suite has a French balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to allow you to experience more of the sights and sounds along Europe's most beautiful waterways.
Of course, you could take it one step further and upgrade to a Deluxe Suite. Located exclusively on the Diamond (Upper) Deck, these suites are designed for the ultimate in space and comfort and most feature a balcony and outdoor seating area.
