Named after one of history's greatest exploration ships, this small expedition ship (114m / 374 ft) is designed to reach remote sites other ships can't for some close-up exploration and a cosy, intimate atmosphere onboard.
Refurbished in 2022, the ship's Nordic feel offers a sleek and comfortable stay in one of the world's most hostile environments. Wake up to a buffet breakfast and refuel with lunch. Then, after a day of thrilling adventures, retreat to a comfortable panoramic lounge and bar with your fellow explorers and indulge your palate in one of the two onboard restaurants where an a la carte dinner awaits. Your stay onboard includes complimentary hot drinks, soft drinks, and a selection of fine wines, beers, and spirits.
Learn more about this fascinating region with lectures, examine specimens through microscopes or chat with the Expedition Team in the Science Centre and Lecture Hall. And for relaxation, the ship also features a sauna, hot tub and fitness centre.

Dining onboard
Your cruise includes full board dining every day. Start with a buffet breakfast featuring continental and hot dishes. Enjoy a generous lunch buffet with hot and cold selections, followed by a full waiter-service dinner with selected wines. For a refined experience, dine at the elegant Lindstrøm restaurant, offering locally sourced, regional dishes, available at an additional charge (included for Mini Expedition Suite guests). All meals are served in the main dining area, Aune, which provides a social and informal atmosphere inspired by nature and the ship’s destinations. Complimentary soft drinks, tea, coffee, local beer, house wine, and spirits (excluding premium brands) are available throughout the day.
