Group Booking Terms and Conditions

All our customers pay the same price for the same holiday however as a thank you for bringing your group to us, when you book through our dedicated groups department you will also receive an offer of free places or money back after you’ve travelled, to share or use as you wish.  

  • The amount due is quoted as a percentage of the basic cost per person – this will be advised to you when you enquire. 
  • This basic cost does not include room/travel upgrades & supplements plus the travel to the start of the tour if taking one of our UK breaks. 
  • We do not offer a group incentive on bookings made through a third party – this includes travel agents and online booking sites – or for bookings on any of our dedicated media partner holidays. 
  • The free place or payment allocated is based on all that travel, as long as you pass any quoted minimum number of participants. 
  • Anyone that cancels prior to travel is not included in the total passenger numbers used for this payment of commission or free places. 
  • Holidays that are cancelled by Riviera Travel will be refunded in full and therefore group payments or free places will not be due. 
  • After travel, we will send full details of the amount that is due to the named group leader along with the process of how to claim.
  • Payment to the nominated account is usually made within 30 days from when the claim is received at our end.
