- We will send the confirmations/invoices directly to your group members – the travel documents can come to you to distribute or again be sent directly to the members, whatever is easier for you.

Choices for Your Group
Any group of 8 or more people travelling together can book through our dedicated Groups Department. If you’re a larger group we can look at operating your preferred holiday as a private one for just your members only. Smaller groups can travel together on any of our regular tours with other like-minded Riviera guests.
All our customers pay the same price but when you book as a group through our dedicated groups department, you will also receive free places or money back after you’ve travelled, as a thank you from us and to share or use as you wish. See our Group terms and conditions here.
Whatever you decide, whether to travel by air or Eurostar, on a touring holiday or single/multi-centred break, all of our tours are fully escorted throughout by an experienced Riviera Travel Tour Manager.
