Latest update - Middle East disruption

Following the ongoing situation in the Middle East, we want to reassure our guests that your safety and wellbeing are – and always will be – our top priority.

We’re closely monitoring developments and continue to follow the latest guidance from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). At the same time, we’re working closely with our airline and operational partners to make sure travel arrangements are carefully managed and we’re responding promptly to any updates.

As always, we’re here for you. We’re on hand with 24/7 operational support, and all of our tours are accompanied by Riviera representatives in destination – so there’s always someone on hand to help.

If your holiday is affected, we’ll contact you directly to talk through your travel arrangements and next steps. If you are due to travel and haven’t heard from us, there’s no need to take action at this time – we’ll be in touch as soon as possible if there’s anything you need to know.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, absolutely! If you have an existing booking, you can add on services available through Travel Concierge such as a door-to-door airport transfer, or stay in an airport hotel before your holiday. If you’d like to use the Travel Concierge to change elements of the holiday you’ve already booked – for example changing your flights, or adding a pre or post cruise hotel stay – then we are happy to help with this too. However, any costs already committed by us on your behalf for your existing booking – for example non-refundable flights – will still be incurred.
