Ramble through enchanting countryside home to natural wonders and take a route less travelled for our Walk & Discover holidays.
Our Walk & Discover tours are the perfect combination of the classic Riviera Travel tours you’ve come to love, with inspiring walks accompanied by specialist guides,to offer a unique kind of exploration. You could wander through the beauty of the Italian Lakes, or uncover the less-explored side of Florence, passing the majestic works of art within the city’s historical churches. Just a few of the spectacular itineraries you could choose from.
To ensure we’re treading lightly – exploring, not exploiting – on each walk, you’ll be part of a smaller group of 12-18 people which creates an intimate atmosphere and allows you to soak up the very best of your destination. Local guides will be there with you every step of the way – accredited professionals who know these routes like the back of their hand, as well as the history and nature of the area. Not feeling especially athletic that morning? No problem, with a choice of easy ‘green’ walks or more challenging ‘blue’ walks – you set the pace of your day. Of course, should you wish to put your feet up in your hotel or explore independently instead, you absolutely can!
