For flights arriving after 7pm - on embarkation of the ship a light supper will be placed in the cabin, our complimentary drinks package will be available until midnight. On the final day, check out is at 09.00am and you will disembark shortly after this time to allow housekeeping adequate time to prepare cabins and public areas for the next guests. As the ships on the Douro are smaller vessels it will not be possible to stay on board. Should your flight depart later in the day we have booked a private area in a centrally located hotel for you to safely store your luggage and have the perfect base to explore Porto further, the Cruise Director will provide you will full details of the hotel arrangements made on your behalf for the rest of the day and the timings for your transfer to the airport.
Transfer times depend on the chosen airport, for flights arriving into Lisbon the transfer to/from the ship will be approx. 4 hrs (including comfort stop). Flights arriving into Oporto have a transfer of approx. 30-45mins to the ship
